Description:
Irish Half-gallon capacity church flagon of typical Dublin style, with a bold swan's neck handle, double-dome lid, reeded spout and reeded chairback thumbpiece, probably by John Heaney of Dublin who worked 1763 - 1807.
These flagon were for communion use in Churches.

This flagon is one of a pair, the other is stock number P-138d, if the pair are purchased I will discount the total price by 10%.
Condition:
Excellent condition with a polished silver grey finish and some small traces of light oxide.
Repairs: There is an old 'waterproofing' seal to the underside base rim.

Height to top of thumbpiece: 11.50 in (29.50cm).
Base diameter: 7.25in (18.4cm).
Top diameter: 4.75in (12.00cm).
Capacity: Approximately 1/2 gallon .
