Description

A fine antique English pewter 1 quart tankard of ‘truncated cone’ shape, on a flared foot with decorative fillet and incised banding to the body; by John Curruthers Crane of Bewdley.
Good George 1V Imperial Standard stamp to the front, along with makers marks to the rim.
The inside base also carries a ‘Crowned X’ makers ‘ICC’ mark and the word ‘Bewdley’
The tankard is in excellent condition with a silver grey finish and some traces of oxide. There are no repairs or damage.
