Description
Description:Antique English pewter plain rim plate of 9.50 inch diameter. The reverse has a full set of touchmarks for Richard King of London. It is not possible to say if the plate was made by Richard King I or his son Richard King II, as they both used these touchmarks, but a date of 1750 covers both options. There is also an old collectors label to the reverse.
Condition:
The plate is in excellent condition with a very lightly polished finish to the front, with some small traces of oxide. The reverse is also lightly polished with some light oxide.
Repairs: There are no repairs.
Size: 9.50 inch diameter (24.00cm).
